At Ziddi Prints, every product is made to order because we’re all about personalization, not mass production. That’s what makes each piece uniquely yours. With that said, here’s the scoop on our updated policy:

Currently, we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns unless you receive a damaged product. Why, you ask? It’s simple - we want to ensure we maintain the high quality and exclusivity of your Ziddi Prints experience.

To help you order the perfect fit, we’ve provided a very detailed size guide with every product. This guide is designed to make sizing a breeze so you can confidently pick the size that’s just right for you.

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled but we offer store credit on a case-to-case basis. So, if you think your concern is genuine, feel free to reach out to our team and we will provide you with store credit that you can use for the purchase of any other product available on our store.

What if you receive a damaged product?
We’ve got your back! If there’s any issue with the product you receive, just let us know, and we’ll make it right. Here’s what to do:

  1. Take a quick video clearly showing the damage, within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Email it to us at contact@ziddiprints.com along with your order details.

  3. Our team will verify it and guide you through the process to get things sorted out.

We’re here to celebrate your journey, and while we can’t offer returns or exchanges for now, we promise to keep delivering designs that make you feel empowered, confident, and unapologetically YOU.
